LoopNow — agentic AI for India

Our story

LoopNow started in 2024 in a small office in Bhayandar, Mumbai. Our founders had run growth, lifecycle, and engineering at Indian D2C startups, and kept hitting the same wall: the global email tools were powerful, but their pricing, billing, deliverability, and language support were all designed for the US market.

So we started with email — DPDP-ready, GST billing, Indian language templates, INR pricing as defaults. Then came voice agents (because the next bottleneck was always the phone). Then WhatsApp (because that's how Indians actually buy). Then workflow automation (because all these tools needed to talk to each other). And now: a full-stack agentic AI platform for India.

Today, LoopNow ships eight products that snap together into a single agentic OS: AI agents, AI voice, visual workflow, WhatsApp, AI SDR, SMTP infrastructure, CRM automation, and GEO for AI search. Each can be used standalone, or together as one autonomous system.

What we believe

• Indian businesses deserve Indian-grade tooling, not US-grade tooling with an INR price tag.
• Compliance should be the default, not a paid feature.
• AI shouldn't replace your team — it should run the busywork so they can focus on decisions.
• Small teams can build great platforms.
