Digital Personal Data Protection policy

1. Lawful basis

LoopNow processes personal data only on the lawful bases recognised by the DPDP Act 2023: consent, contract necessity, and legitimate use as defined in Section 7.

2. Data principal rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@loopnow.in.

3. Consent records

Every form, signup, and import generates a tamper-evident consent record (timestamp, IP, source, exact consent text).

4. Breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach, we notify affected data principals and the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours, as required by Section 8 of the Act.

5. Grievance officer

Mrinal Choudhary, Grievance Officer — grievance@loopnow.in. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
