Terms of service

1. The service

LoopNow provides email marketing, automation, and transactional email services ("the service") to businesses and developers. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account, your API keys, and the content you send through the service. Don't share credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use LoopNow for spam, unsolicited commercial email, phishing, or to send content that violates Indian law including the IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act 2023.

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in INR, exclusive of 18% GST. Late payment may result in service suspension.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend immediately for breach of acceptable use.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
