Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Account information (name, email, company), usage data (features used, send volume, error logs), and the data you upload to LoopNow (contact lists, email content, templates). We process this to provide the service, send product updates, and improve the platform.

2. How we use your data

To deliver email campaigns and automations, generate analytics, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g. cloud infrastructure) or as required by law.

3. Data principal rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@loopnow.in. We respond within 30 days.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Contact data is retained until you delete it. Audit logs are retained for 12 months. Backups are retained for 35 days.

5. International transfers

By default, all data is stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Cross-border transfers are limited to your explicit actions (e.g. sending email to international recipients) and standard cloud-infrastructure operations.
